Full-Time Collector/Collection Manager. Job description: Ensure that the credit and collection policies and procedures of the credit union best serve the credit union and its members. Oversee collections and provide leadership and guidance. Ensure strict compliance with state and federal credit and collection rules and regulations in all collection practices. Qualifications: Must have 3-5 years experience in Collection or related field; Must have experience at a financial service institution; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Part-Time Teller. Job description: Reports to Branch Manager, duties include performing a set of daily procedures, a variety of member requests and transactions, including, but not limited to: check cashing and deposits, loan payments, and product explanations. This job is responsible to balance cash drawers and assist members with basic product information. The accuracy and efficiency of your work is very important. Just as important is your ability to communicate with members clearly and respectfully and have the ability to resolve member issues as they arise. Schedule must be flexible. Cash handling experience preferred.
