Attention ATM and Debit
Card Holders

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

During the summer, Raritan Bay FCU has updated our systems to provide to you, our members, Online Real-Time access to your accounts on our website. By making these changes, we have also decided to change the style of our new ATM and Debit Cards (shown below). The new style cards will be issued to both new members and those cards that are due to expire in the upcoming months. Need not to worry, the cards you still have are active and can still be utilized at the ATM’s and your favorite vendors.

There are two important items we need to bring to your attention.

1. In the event your card is lost or stolen, please take note that the phone number on the back of the cards has changed for those who still have the older ATM and Debit Cards.  If you need to contact us during regular business hours, please call the Credit Union at 732-727-3500 and one of our Member Service Representatives can assist you. If it is after hours, please call 1-800-472-3272 and press option 2 where a representative can help you.

2. Due to the system upgrade, starting on September 8, 2010, there will be a few of your favorite stores where you should request to make CREDIT purchases using your Debit Card instead of making DEBIT purchase and entering your PIN. Don’t worry, it’s not because you have a problem with your account, the stores still need to route the transactions to the proper network. Below is a list of some of the those locations that still have to change the way transactions are processed in the next few weeks: they are:

• A&P Supermarket’s
• Target
• Kwik Trip
• Kohl’s
• Wawa
• Home Depot
